Green Mango - Brakfast Smoothie



On some days I don't really want to eat a big breakfast or I don't have the time and need something to take with me, or I'm simply too lazy to chew xD
On those days I like to make a smoothie, one of my favorites is the green mango. If you wanna try it, you'll need:
- frozen spinach
- frozen banana
- frozen mango
- oats
- juice (I prefer apple juice but I didn't have any at home and used orange juice)
- cinnamon
- chia seed (optional)

- I really like frozen grapes in it, but again, I didn't have any at home



 I like to let the spinach sit outside for a bit, because my blender can't handle the spinach deep frozen...
Putting the liquid and easy to blend ingredients on the bottom can help to blend everything faster.
 Well and then it's time to enjoy! If you're one of those who wouldn't drink this, because of the color or you think spinach can't be good in a smoothie just give it a try. I even got my boyfriend and brother into drinking it and they liked it. If you just start drinking smoothies with vegetables in it, use more fruit to get started, the sweetness will cover up most of the vegetable taste and when you get used to it you will start liking it with more veggies.
