Oat Banana Cookies

 Today I wanted to show you how I make those Oat Banana Cookies, basically you only need 2 ingredients, 
*1 Ripe Banana and 
*1 cup of oats!
 This can get a little bit boring so here are a couple ingredients you can add to give something special to the cookies:

 As for oats, I like to try different types and like to add part of the cup in form of ground oats. Just try different variations and see what you like best!

 Place everything in a bowl and mash it with your hands.
I added to my basic ingedients some chia seeds, honey and baking powder and some more ingedients later...
 Yup.. it was thaaat good. finger-licking-good. ;)
 I wanted to try different kinds so I divided the "dough" into four and added some more ingedients and formed 3 cookies of each kind.



 Place the cookies on a parchment paper covered rack and bake them on 180°C/350°F (preheated) for 10-20min.
I had mine in for 10min because they were so small.

 You can eat them right away, like I did ;) or let them cool down on the rack and then place them in a  bowl, container, on a plate and cover them up.



BTW: 
*If you're in a hurry you can also "bake" them in the microwave for 1-2min on a flat plate, just don't leave them on there, so that the bottom won't get soggy.
*If you don't have an American measuring cup just use a regular cup or a glas, fill it with approx. 240ml water. Make a mark or remember the water level. Empty and dry the cup and fill the oats till that mark. That's how I do it.. xD

Quick recipe:
Ingredients:
* 1 ripe banana

* chia seeds (optional)

* seeds/nuts (optional)
* dried fruits (optional)
* chocolate, peanut butter ect.. (optional)
-> place everything in a bowl
-> mash with your hands
-> form cookies and place them on a parchment paper covered baking rack
-> bake on 180°C/350°F (preheated) for 10-20min
-> eat right away or let cool down on a rack

Putting my life together.

Putting my life together, I don't quite know by myself what exactly I mean with that. I just know, that I do have a lot of hobbies, and I don't know which one is my favorite and on which I should focus. So as long as I haven't figured that out I will mix them all up. All together. So this blog will get a little make over I guess. Since I'm back from America I changed my lifestyle, it started with trying to loose those 10 American kilograms, which where quite visible on my body, but it started to become my hobby, I loooooove to cook healthy and do fun workouts.. I know, this sounds like sooo old, every girl goes through such a time. But I don't think that I ever wanna change it, I enjoy it, because I'm not too serious about it. Whatever. I like doing this and taking pictures of my food. So I made a food instagram. This sounds weird to a lot of people, and I guess a lot of my friends will roll their eyes now, but I don't care. This is what I like to do, one of my many weirdnesses or oddities, whatever you wanna call it.
So I wanna combine this blog with my food instagram. So  HI!  to all the people who found this blog because of instagram. I will still post pictures of people and landscapes and so on. I will simply post what ever I feel like. We'll see where this will lead us to.
And if there will be a time again when I simply wanna indulge in junk food and not watch my health, then I guess, it will change whats gonna be on here again.
just as life changes.

Midnight moon in black and white.

Well.. here I am again. I had a weird period of my life coming back to Germany, I really wasn't into taking pictures, but things have changed... this night.. don't ask me why but this is how it is. So I played around with my camera and my little reading lamp. And yeah.. this is what came out of it..
